Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be dispatched?
In-stock items are packed and shipped within 3-7 business days (excluding public holidays). Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location, item availability, and selected shipping method. You can view our full Shipping Policy for more details.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within Australia. If you're located overseas and interested in ordering, feel free to contact us.


Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply add your chosen items to cart and follow the prompts at checkout. Need help? You’re always welcome to email us at hello@etostudio.com.au.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard. (Please note: American Express is currently not accepted)

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your order before finalising at checkout.


Do you offer trade or wholesale pricing?

Not at this stage - but we’re open to hearing from you. Get in touch if you’d like to register your interest.



Products & Availability

What if an item is sold out?
If a product is listed as sold out, you can register your interest via the product page to be notified when it’s back in stock.


How do I know if something is vintage?

All vintage items are clearly marked. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and may show signs of age or patina, which we believe adds to their charm.
